Shopping Policy
Customers of Kaahulei Designs may browse our online store and website. All products for sale are listed in US dollars. Payments are to be made via our secure checkout. Orders are promptly processed once orders are placed and paid for. Each customer shall receive an automated order confirmation via email once their purchase is completed.
Shipping Policy
Kaahulei Designs currently offers shipping within Hawaii as well as select other regions in the world including the continental United States. Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout and vary based on location. Orders may take 1-2 weeks to process and are shipped within 2-3 days of processing. Customers will receive an automated email containing the tracking information once their orders are processed and marked as "shipped".
Local Pick-Up Policy
Customers of Kaahulei Designs who prefer to pickup their orders locally may select this option when available during checkout. Pickup details including location, time and more will be provided to the customer once we receive their confirmed order(s). Customers must present a valid ID matching their order(s) details upon pickup.
Return Policy
Kaahulei Designs accepts returns within 14-days of the order delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unworn/unused, undamaged and within their original package for a FULL REFUND. Customers are responsible for all costs associated with the Return Shipping UNLESS the return is due to a product defect and/ or error on our end. If eligible, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days from when we receive the returned items back. Depending on your bank, it may take anywhere between 10-14 business days to receive your refund once we process it. Please contact your bank for further information.
Exchange Policy
Kaahulei Designs accepts exchanges within 30-days of the order delivery date. Exchanges may be made due to sizing and color however they are subject to our availability. To be eligible, items must be unworn/unused, undamaged and within their original package.. Customers are responsible for all costs associated with the Exchange Shipping UNLESS the Exchange is due to a product defect and/ or error on our end. If eligible, exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days from when we receive the original order items back.
